Job Objectives
As a Software Engineer, you will provide efficient application development and support services for cross-functional or regional applications, ensuring a stable environment for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and support applications within scope.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, problems, and user queries through proper analysis.
- Manage communication for incidents (SLA breaches, major application incidents, logistics issues) and ensure effective communication within the team, management, and department.
- Execute continuous service and process improvement plans.
- Ensure essential processes and procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
- Communicate complex technical issues to business users in understandable language.
- Contribute to effective knowledge management within the team and organization.
- Work closely with 1st and 3rd level support and development teams to resolve incidents, problems, and user queries within SLA.
- Demonstrate exceptional business-oriented analytical skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have a strong understanding of legacy systems, interfaces, and impact analysis.
- Translate user business requirements into data requirements and perform source-to-target data mapping.
- Possess experience in ETL, Informatica, SQL development, and knowledge of Fermat tools.
- Experience with banking applications, risk management, and related domains.
