Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore is seeking an Engineer_Contract (Networks) to support network transformation and management. Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting, network monitoring, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience with IP networks. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or IT field is required.
• Experience working with IP networks is a plus.
• Understanding of routing protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Singtel’s Next Generation Carrier Ethernet Network transformation.
• Manage operational issues and escalate complex cases.
• Monitor and resolve network infrastructure faults.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for fault resolution.

Skills

Degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems

Experience in design and operation, maintenance of IP networks

Understanding of Internet routing protocols

Knowledge of routers/switches architecture

Knowledge in Nokia, Cisco, Juniper certifications

Willingness to be available for 24 x 7 support
