Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom and standard products, primarily in the areas of aircraft tooling and military vehicles.
• To collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure all estimates align with technical specifications, client requirements, and company profitability goals.
• Evaluate technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to determine cost-effective solutions for tool and equipment acquisition or fabrication.
• Provide timely and accurate pricing for new projects, modifications, or repairs involving tools and GSE.

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in estimating or cost engineering, in a tooling fabrication and machining facility, preferably from MRO Aviation industry
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Sound working knowledge of engineering principles, GD&T, materials, surface & heat treatments, and qualification testing
• Conversant with the relevant international and aviation standards
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm); Working location: Seletar
