Overview

What the role is:

We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking and contribute to a building a pleasant living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Drive business process improvements, including process elimination, simplification, automation, and digitisation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement effective IT systems to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate and conduct project meetings, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Take charge of subsequent operations after system implementation.
• Involve in finance planning, analysis, and operations in the department.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Possess strong analytical and process improvement skills, is meticulous, and has an aptitude for figures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex issues spanning ops and tech domains and to manage service providers, residents, and stakeholders.
• Excellent team player who has good communication, analytical, and inter-personal skills.
• Candidates with experience in technology-driven transformation projects, good knowledge of accounting and finance will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
