Job description

What the role is:

We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking, and contribute to building a pleasant living environment for our residents.

What you will be working on:

As part of a dynamic and exciting team, you will manage HDB parking systems and harness technology to streamline work processes and operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving business process improvements, including process elimination, simplification, automation, and digitisation.
2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement effective IT systems, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
3. Monitoring project progress, coordinating and conducting project meetings, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
4. Taking charge of operations post-system implementation.
5. Involving in finance planning, analysis, and operations within the department.

What we are looking for:

• Strong analytical and process improvement skills, meticulousness, and an aptitude for figures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex issues across operations and technology domains, and to manage service providers, residents, and stakeholders.
• Good team player with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technology-driven transformation projects and knowledge of accounting and finance are advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
