What the role is:
We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking, and contribute to building a pleasant living environment for our residents.
What you will be working on:
As part of a dynamic and exciting team, you will manage HDB parking systems and harness technology to streamline work processes and operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving business process improvements, including process elimination, simplification, automation, and digitisation.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement effective IT systems, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Monitoring project progress, coordinating and conducting project meetings, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Taking charge of operations post-system implementation.
- Involving in finance planning, analysis, and operations within the department.
What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills, meticulousness, and an aptitude for figures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle complex issues across operations and technology domains, and to manage service providers, residents, and stakeholders.
- Good team player with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in technology-driven transformation projects and knowledge of accounting and finance are advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
