Job summary

Clifford Capital Asset Management is seeking a Sustainability Advisor on a 6-month contract to lead ETAF’s ESG reporting and support transaction-level assessments. The role involves coordinating with the external Impact Adviser and preparing materials for internal and investor-facing purposes in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, impact investing or related areas within financial services.
• Strong understanding of ESG/impact reporting, transaction due diligence and investment documentation.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, independence and judgement in managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETAF ESG reporting, annual and quarterly inputs with timely submissions.
• Coordinate with the external Impact Adviser and internal teams.
• Prepare or review impact memos, financial additionality language and monitoring requirements.
• Create concise ESG/impact inputs for investor reporting and LP communications.
• Ensure consistency across quarterly reports, pipeline updates and investor materials.
