Job summary

Clifford Capital Asset Management seeks a Sustainability Advisor on a 6-month contract to lead ETAF’s ESG reporting, support transaction-level assessments, and coordinate with the external Impact Adviser in Singapore.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will deliver the annual ESG report, contribute to quarterly inputs, prepare impact memoranda and investor materials, and ensure consistency across reports and LP communications.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, impact investing or related areas within financial services.
• Strong understanding of ESG/impact reporting, transaction due diligence and investment documentation.
• Ability to analyse financial and non-financial information and articulate impact and financial additionality clearly.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, independence and judgement in managing multiple deadlines and escalating appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETAF’s annual ESG report and quarterly ESG/impact inputs for investor reporting.
• Collect, consolidate and validate ESG, impact data from internal teams, advisers and stakeholders.
• Support ESG due diligence and financial additionality analysis for prospective transactions.
• Coordinate information requests and review materials with transaction teams and the external Impact Adviser.
• Prepare concise ESG and impact inputs for quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and LP communications.
• Develop targeted sustainability materials for investor presentations and sector research on climate trends.
