About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated ERP Technical Consultant with a solid background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in transforming business operations through innovative ERP solutions and ensuring seamless user adoption and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and evaluate existing operational workflows.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of ERP systems, including documentation of detailed specifications, design documents, and test cases.
• Identify innovation opportunities and deliver proof-of-concepts or pilot solutions to enhance business performance.
• Execute data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Conduct functional testing to validate alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide daily operational support, troubleshoot issues, and customize systems based on evolving business requirements.
• Manage and implement system change requests through structured solutioning.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with end users.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
