A leading company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated SAP S/4HANA Functional Support Consultant for a 1-year contract. The role involves supporting system implementation, troubleshooting issues, managing escalations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of ERP experience, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Support Consultant to join our team on a 1-year contract basis, with potential for renewal. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the SAP S/4HANA implementation, overseeing the ongoing maintenance of the system, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to end users of our ERP platform. The Consultant will play a crucial role in working with consultants, managing the resolutions of technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing processes to enhance the overall support experience.
Manage escalated ERP-related issues, collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Analyse and troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Interact with software providers and vendors to coordinate technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage software updates.
Provide an advanced level of troubleshooting support in response to complex problems, questions, and inquiries that have been escalated by junior staff.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, applying in-depth knowledge of the ERP system's functionalities.
Develop and maintain efficient support processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support services.
Ability to deliver basic SAP training to client end-users and prepare end-user training material.
Ability to work closely with peers and users to deliver optimum service.
Work closely with the direct report to generate and present regular reports on the team's performance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting ERP-related field
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Technical proficiency in software and technology troubleshooting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and ability to understand and navigate new technology quickly.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Report to the head of the department.
