ERP Project Manager / ERP Business Analyst Lead

ATCP POE (Assembly and Test Central Planning - Planning Operational Excellence) is looking for a suitable candidate who has a passion for system and process implementation and thrives in challenges. As the ERP Project Manager/ ERP Business Analyst Lead, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to ERP/MES systems to support the required system and process implementation.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, establish a project team, define roles and responsibilities, and create a communication, change management, and training plan.
  2. Stakeholders Management: Work closely with stakeholders (cross-functional teams, executive sponsors) to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
  3. Ensure that data transfer to subsequent support interfaces maintains quality and consistency. Work with various stakeholders/business users to identify problems and requirements, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare workflow charts, and translate business requirements to User Stories for the required ERP enhancements.
  4. Manage and lead small to medium-sized business process and solution-related projects.

Requirements/Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in project management, including managing ERP implementation (from initiation to deployment). SAP S/4 Production Planning module experience is preferred.
  3. PMP/ITIL/APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent project management certification.
  4. PROSCI certification or equivalent change management certification is preferred.
  5. Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Digital Six Sigma (Green Belt) is preferred.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team environment.
  8. Additional experience in programming/tools such as Python, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Macro, or equivalent in RPA, Workflow Automation, AI would be an added advantage.
  9. Well-versed in Microsoft Office Software (Excel/Access, SQL).
