ERP Functional Consultant - SAP Business One

Job Summary:

Our client seeks a motivated and experienced Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP consulting and implementation, with a preference for experience in SAP Business One. Experience with other ERP systems such as Epicor, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, and Infor M3 will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and configure ERP implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

• Oversee client project deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion in accordance with project requirements.

• Provide expert consultation both remotely and onsite, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Ensure processes are well-documented and that projects adhere to specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with project leads and team members to maintain the integrity and accuracy of design and development work.

• Conduct user training sessions, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and stay up-to-date with product changes, while contributing to the continuous development of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Infor M3).

• Strong proficiency in ERP consulting with a focus on Accounts, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing domains.

• Preferably experience in industries such as Distribution, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Automotive, or Parts Manufacturing.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to document systems, processes, and workflows in a clear and structured manner.
