Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct business process studies to understand client’s business functions for Human Resources Department
  2. Provide training and support to end-users for HRMS modules (E.g. Payroll, Leave, Timesheet, Appraisal, Training and Recruitment module)
  3. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
  4. Manage project till successful live run
  5. Provide presales supports for all sales activities including prospects requirement analysis, product demonstrations and other general sales support

Requirements:

  1. Good interpersonal communication skills
  2. Able to communicate in English and Chinese so as to support Chinese speaking client
  3. Possess positivity and resilience
  4. Remuneration will be rewarded according to your working experiences
