Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Conversion: Assist in ERP administrative conversion and data entry. Turn on Work Orders, PR/PO preparation, Job fulfilment, Process entry etc.
Support Coordinators Task: Prepare drawings and work process sheets. Help prepare shipments, including packing of goods.
Administrative & Record Maintenance: Perform tasks such as scanning, filing, and preparing DO, while maintaining and updating job records to ensure consistency between physical and digital files.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office.
Good team player.
