ERP Specialist Job Description

You are an experienced ERP Specialist responsible for managing, optimizing, and integrating ERP systems to ensure alignment with business functions. Your strong understanding of ERP systems, problem-solving abilities, and passion for process improvement will be key in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing daily ERP operations to ensure smooth business processes and data alignment.
2. Providing user support and training.
3. Leading ERP implementation and integration with other systems.
4. Customizing reports.
5. Supporting project teams through ERP rollouts.
6. Continuously improving and staying updated on ERP trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience with ERP implementation or upgrades.
