1. Understand clients' business functions and objectives so as to propose appropriate and efficient solutions.
2. Conceptualize and design user-friendly interfaces.
3. Prepare detailed specifications, design documents, and test cases.
4. Manage scope of work and project schedule based on the agreed timeline committed to clients.
5. Monitor entire SDLC development.
6. Train clients on the ERP software solutions discussed and developed for them.
7. Ensure successful live run of all clients assigned.
8. Carry out post-implementation support.

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science, System Information, Accounting, or Business Studies.
2. Strong interest in ERP solutions, e.g., Project Costing, Supply Chain Management, and Payroll.
3. Responsible for answering queries in English and Mandarin on system maintenance and application solutions for the Chinese market.
4. Keen interest in project implementation and management.
5. Good interpersonal communication skills.
6. Proactive, highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
7. Must be very customer-oriented.
8. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
