MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD.

seeks an Equipment Technologist to monitor and improve equipment performance in the assigned manufacturing area, collaborating with Production and Engineering teams to ensure tool uptime and stable process results. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, support installation and testing, document activities, and drive continuous improvement through CIP projects and SPC data analysis, while

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in engineering or equivalent experience.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

Monitor tool performance and equipment health daily.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned tools.
Participate in TPM activities to improve performance and utilization.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, electronics, and PC/software skills.
Assist in equipment installation, qualification and testing activities.
Update and modify equipment procedures as approved by management.
Drive uptime improvements via root cause analysis and CIP projects.
Document maintenance activities and review records for accuracy.
Monitor SPC data, respond to out-of-control conditions, and communicate issues to Leads.
