Job summary

BLESSED AGAPE CONNECTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to manage, operate, and maintain core semiconductor process equipment, ensuring maximum tool availability and stable operations.

You will lead preventive maintenance, rapid breakdown troubleshooting, and new equipment qualification, while coordinating with process and utility teams to optimize OEE and drive supplier and vendor support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline.
• Eight years of R&D or mass production experience in semiconductor equipment engineering.
• Proven track record in equipment setup, utility hook-up (vacuum, CDA, ultrapure water, specialty gases), and tool qualification for mass production/R&D.
• Strong vendor management, negotiating tool specifications, and driving vendor technical support for new equipment qualification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in FA, OEE improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with process and utility teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, operate, and maintain core process equipment and utility interfaces to ensure maximum tool availability and stability.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance, drive rapid breakdown troubleshooting, and lead tool qualification/hook-up for line equipment.
• Perform tool hook-up, setup & new equipment qualification.
• Optimize equipment OEE and manage spare parts.
• Oversee vendor technical management, tool specification reviews, and escalation handling.

• To execute routine preventive maintenance (PM), drive rapid breakdown troubleshooting, and lead tool qualification/hook-up for line equipment
• Tool Hook-up, Setup & New Equipment Qualification

• Equipment Vendor Technical Management, Tool Specification Review & Escalation Handling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Material Science, or related engineering disciplines (or Diploma with equivalent extensive industry experience)
• R&D or mass production experience of at least eight years in semiconductor equipment engineering
• Proven track record in equipment setup, utility hook-up (vacuum, CDA, ultra-pure water, specialty gases), and tool qualification for mass production/R&D
• Strong capability in vendor management, negotiating tool specifications, and driving vendor technical support for new equipment qualification
• Excellent problem-solving skills in equipment failure analysis (FA), OEE improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with process and utility teams
