1. Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor tools (Dicing, Wafer Mounter, Stealth Dicing, Auto Die Separator).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Replace defective parts and ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist in the setup, installation, and qualification of new semiconductor equipment.
• Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and work with engineers to implement solutions.
• Optimize tool performance to enhance yield and production efficiency.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Follow safety and cleanroom protocols to comply with industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with engineers, production staff, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Suggest improvements to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
