Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance activities
• React to error/alarm messages of manufacturing equipment
• Perform equipment recovery from process and tool interruptions using defined procedures/OCAP
• Perform equipment health check and troubleshooting
• Pass down and update machine status in team chat group
• Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost
• Actively participate in continuous improvement project to upkeep line equipment
• Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-year of work experience in the semiconductor industry
• Able to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule; including working in a cleanroom environment
• Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor process tools
• Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Lithography, PVD/Dry Etch, Wet Bench and Metrology tools
• Strong teamwork, able to work well with a global team and other duties as assigned
