Job summary

MNC Semicon is seeking a Production Technician to assemble and test electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

You will perform tests, troubleshoot issues, interpret drawings, and maintain accurate KPI data while supporting cross-training and mentoring trainees. A Technical Certificate (Nitec) or Diploma is required with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform assembly and testing of complex electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct production tests and ensure compliance to specification and quality standards.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of assembly / test failures.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics and BOM accurately with minimal supervision.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, including Production KPIs and test results.
• Identify and escape process issues and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices.
• Support cross-training across product lines as directed.
• Support training and mentoring trainees.

Job Details

• Location: Serangoon North
• Salary: Up to $4,300 Basic + Shift Allowance + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri + Half Sat
• Able to choose shift:
  • Morning Shift: 6.45am to 3.15pm
  • Afternoon Shift: 2.45pm to 11.15pm (+$15 per afternoon shift)
  • Nigh Shift: 11.45pm to 7.15am (+$25 per night shift)
