Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and functioning efficiently to support seamless production activities.
  • NPI Implementation Support: Assist in the rollout of new products and automation systems, focusing on smooth integration and quick resolution of any arising issues.
  • Troubleshooting & Analysis: Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the NPI Engineering team, to update documentation and support system enhancements.
  • Engineering Expertise: Apply solid knowledge of engineering fundamentals and best practices in day-to-day operations.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, factory teams, peers, subordinates, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
