Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking an Equipment Engineer to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and stability of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of semiconductor fab processes and equipment-related defectivity control.
• Familiarity with SPC concepts and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPACE, and data mining.
• Experience with tools such as Klarity Defects, AceXP, Spotfire, or similar applications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Support technology transfer and industrialization activities to ensure smooth equipment setup and process deployment.
• Set up, optimize, and maintain equipment monitoring systems, automation solutions, and defect-related databases or libraries.
• Participate in advanced monitoring and analytics initiatives involving AI, CNN, deep learning, and data-driven problem solving.

Job Summary

Skills And Competencies

• Degree in Material Science, Electrical/Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry.
