Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Management:

  • Prepare, issue, and collect equipment for officers, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Maintain checklists for accuracy and accountability, using digital tools.
  • Manage inventory systems for tracking and reporting, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance, establishing preventive schedules.
  • Maintain records of officer assignments and equipment usage for informed decision-making.

Found Items Coordination:

  • Respond to inquiries about lost items and provide effective solutions.
  • Document lost items digitally and track their status.
  • Work with Control Room staff to search for left-behind items on aircraft.
Key Requirement
  • Proven multitasking ability in complex tracking operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital applications and inventory systems.
