Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, or visual effects production is preferred.
• Candidates without experience with strong technical abilities, creative potential, and a compelling portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Experience producing animation content for digital display systems, gaming machines, entertainment platforms, or event-driven visual experiences is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D animation, motion graphics, or visual effects is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, animatics, and visual treatments for animation projects.
• Create high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for casino gaming machines, overhead displays, and digital media screens.
• Develop engaging visual sequences, including jackpot animations, winning celebrations, special effects, and animated UI elements.
• Support the end‑to‑end 3D production pipeline, including modelling, topology, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering, as required.
• Translate concept art and creative direction into polished, production-ready animation content.
• Prepare, optimize, and export animation and graphic assets in various formats and resolutions to meet technical specifications and display requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members, refining animation timing, visual impact, and overall quality.
• Review existing visual content and recommend improvements to enhance the player experience and overall visual appeal.
• Work closely with relevant teams to maintain animation standards, creative consistency, & efficient production workflows.
• Manage multiple assigned projects and deliver assets within established timelines and production schedules.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library with consistent naming conventions and version control.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging animation techniques, motion design, and visual effects, particularly in gaming & digital entertainment.
• Support the development of content for real‑time or interactive display systems when required.
