Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or diploma in engineering or construction management.
• 5–10 years of EPCM/EPCC construction experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated leadership across large or multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify end users and involve REI in proposals.
• Coordinate with Business Development on scope and execution.
• Lead technical proposals and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Review schedules, deliverables, and cost impacts; manage VO process.
• Organize weekly engineering meetings and client meetings.
• Monitor HSE, QA/QC, and training compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor approvals; support negotiations.
• Manage multiple EPC projects to ensure timely completion.
