Job summary

Brenntag in Singapore invites an experienced Project Engineer/Project Lead to manage warehouse, facility and plant construction projects from start to finish.

Lead EPC activities, coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, and ensure delivery within scope, timelines and budget while exercising strong financial acumen for cost control.

Requires 5–7 years in EPC project execution and CAPEX experience, with a track record of successful multi-site implementations.

Qualifications

• EPC / Project Execution experience (5–7 years) required.
• Facility/plant CAPEX project experience preferred.
• Vendor & contractor management experience required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functions and manage project governance, timelines and milestones.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Project Lead with strong project management expertise in warehouse, facility, and plant construction.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects for DG and/or GMP-compliant warehouses.
• Manage construction and implementation of storage and warehousing facilities.
• Drive project execution across Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and project partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality and budget.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including project cost management and budget control.

Must-Have Skills

• EPC / Project Execution Experience – 5–7 years of relevant experience in project execution and management.
• Facility / Plant CAPEX Project Experience – Hands‑on experience managing facility, ware house/plant expansion or CAPEX projects.
• Vendor & Contractor Management – Experience managing engineering, construction and other project-related vendors/contractors.
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Management & Project Governance – Ability to coordinate with multiple functions and manage project governance, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
