Job description

Looking for EPASS to work as a Sales Manager in a logistics company.

Work location: Office/On site (East)

Office hours: 9am - 6pm / Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and government entities.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting sales strategies.
  3. Recruit and train new team members and build a strong team, while coaching existing members.
  4. Manage customer and client needs and report to supervisors.

Strategic Outreach:

  • Open doors to high-profile projects and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and its offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in logistics.
  • Connections: Established network with contractors and government entities.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A levels, Degree/Diploma in Sales, Business, or related discipline.
