Looking for EPASS to work as Sales manager in a logistics company
Work location: Office/On site(East)
Office hours: 9am - 6pm/ Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
-Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and government entities.
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting sales strategies
-Recruit and train new comers and build a strong team, while coaching existing team members
-Manage customer and clients, adhere to their needs and report to supervisors
Strategic Outreach
Open doors to high-profile projects and key decision-makers in the industry.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and its offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in logistics
Connections: Established network with contractors and government entities.
Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Education: A levels, Degree/Diploma in Sales/business or in any discipline
