Work location: Office/On site (East)
Office hours: 9am - 6pm / Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and government entities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals by setting sales strategies.
- Recruit and train new team members and build a strong team, while coaching existing team members.
- Manage customer and client relationships, understand their needs, and report to supervisors.
Strategic Outreach:
- Open doors to high-profile projects and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and its offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in logistics.
- Connections: Established network with contractors and government entities.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: A levels, Degree/Diploma in Sales/business or in any discipline.
- Epass qualified.
