Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks an Industrial Technician for Tuas, Singapore to maintain and service commercial HVAC systems. You will install, repair, and adjust small control systems and perform scheduled maintenance to ensure safe, compliant operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, following defined procedures, and delivering outputs under close supervision. A valid driver’s license and 3–5 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–5 years of related experience; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
