Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance and repair of the facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, waste management systems, fire safety systems, environmental sanitization systems, clean room systems, and building automation systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, waste management systems, fire safety systems, environmental sanitization systems, clean room systems, and building automation systems
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, waste management systems, fire safety systems, environmental sanitization systems, clean room systems, and building automation systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns
• Respond to facility and equipment-related emergencies and take appropriate action to resolve issues
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for repairs and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in facility and equipment maintenance and repair
• To report to supervisor if there is any abnormality
• To oversee contractor for projects / plant expansion
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level, ITC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
