Our client is a global organization providing a range of engineering, construction, and maintenance services. Due to their business growth in APAC, we are partnering with them to look for an Environment Project Coordinator (APAC), based in Singapore.
Purpose of the assignment
The Environment Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess its impact on climate, resource depletion, pollution, and other environmental factors.
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer based in Singapore, you will lead the environmental initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region (Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore).
Main missions:
- Support the deployment of the company's environmental strategy and roadmap within the APAC region.
- Assist in implementing environmental reporting to monitor progress on energy transition, natural resource preservation, and biodiversity through quantitative measures.
- Help define the company's core business areas and reduction sources to prioritize actions that reduce the carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with divisions and the Company Academy to develop and deploy environmental awareness training.
- Support the creation of a portal for communication, sharing, and showcasing environmental initiatives, including green offers and carbon footprint tools.
- Promote and support participation in the Environmental Awards, including registration, application submission, and evaluation.
- Facilitate the adoption of internal environmental tools across business units.
Knowledge and Experience
- Technical training or degree in engineering with an environmental focus.
- Initial experience (internship or first job) in energy projects, project management, preferably in an international environment.

- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and seek support when necessary, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel internationally (France HQ, Asia, Pacific).
