Job summary

AGROCORP INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level Trade Operations Executive (Middle Office) to support day-to-day trade activities, including contracts, insurance, vessel nominations, and document monitoring.

You will collaborate with Trading, Shipping, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely trade execution. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, logistics, international trade, economics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to follow established procedures and work accurately with documentation.
• Good follow-up skills with the ability to track multiple outstanding items.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with different internal teams and external counterparties.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Interest in commodity trading, shipping, logistics, or trade operations is an advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce or other ERP/trade management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contract Support: follow up on signatures and maintain contract tracker; review contracts for quantity, specs, payment terms, and shipment periods.
• Insurance Coordination: obtain insurance certificates and maintain trackers; review CNF contracts for insurance clause compliance.
• Vessel Nomination Support: prepare and track nominations; confirm LC status before issuance.
• Cargo Discharge & Document Monitoring: track document status and prevent delays; coordinate with internal teams.
• KYC & Counterparty Records: create and maintain counterparty KYC records in SOPs; monitor documentation.
• General MO Support: update reports, trackers, and trade records; assist with ad-hoc tasks and cross-team collaboration.
