Position: Staff Nurse – Inpatient Ward (3 Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to inpatients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing registration/license.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule:

• Three-shift rotation (day, evening, night).
