Job summary

Sea Group is seeking an entry-level Site Reliability Engineer in Singapore to join the Engineering and Technology team and help build scalable, reliable infrastructure for our e-commerce platforms.

You will dive into component internals, perform deployments and performance tuning, design automation, and contribute to an operation platform while growing skills in Linux, TCP/IP, Bash, Python and Go within a fast‑growing, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related fields.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Programming experience with Bash, Python, Go; networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; fast learner; team player.
• Passion for technical operations of internet products and OpenSource.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into development lines, learn mechanism of each component, promote scalability, stability, and performance.
• Set up, manage, and maintain product/middleware/big‑data applications and services.
• Perform regular and ad‑hoc server deployments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Design and develop an automated technical operation platform.
• Capacity and resource management; document routine operations.
