The role involves assisting customers, preparing maintenance advice, and coordinating with the workshop team. Candidates with a Nitec in Automotive Engineering and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a service advisor or face-to-face customer service role preferred.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Good knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.

Our client, provide exceptional workshop service for continental cars in Singapore, is looking for a customer service oriented and have good knowledge in continental cars as Service Advisor -

• To help customers understand their vehicle needs,

• Provide maintenance advice, prepare cost estimates, and

• Ensure they have a smooth and satisfying experience.

• Your role will also involve coordinating with the workshop team to ensure services are performed efficiently.

• Nitec in Automotive Engineering with valid Singapore Class 3/2A license.

• 2 years of experience as a service advisor / face to face customer service role in car workshop preferred.

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as need to explain service details to Mandarin speaking customers in Mandarin as well.

• Good knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.

• Occasionally needs to travel to other branches.

Additional Information :

1. 5.5 Days workweek - Monday - Friday 9 - 6pm, Saturday 9-1pm

2. Salary : $2.8k Max ( depend on experience)
