Job Scope
Manage a designated sales territory and stay informed about local customers and competitors.
Keep customer information updated accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with internal teams (Product, Service, Geo, etc.).
Help create solutions that meet customers’ logistics needs, including basic visuals and cost-saving comparisons.
Support new account onboarding by introducing the team, sharing key info, and assisting with paperwork. Help with payment follow-ups if needed.
Attend training sessions to improve sales skills and stay updated on company services.
Participate in local industry groups when requested by the District Sales Manager.
Take on other duties as needed to support business goals.
