Job Description:

• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Managing employee separation processes
• Assignment of individual employees to different roles
• Processing of payroll in a timely manner.
• Constructing company policies to minimize conflicts, address legal concerns, and enhance efficiency of employees
• Work effectively in our team-based & collaborative environment to deliver top quality supply of talentsandcandidates

Job Requirements:
