Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd on Jurong Island is seeking a trainee-friendly operating role in a European Chemical MNC environment. Training is provided and no experience is required. This permanent role offers 12-hour rotating shifts and company transport from nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related engineering qualification (e.g., Nitec).
• Able to work 24/7 shift schedule.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment and processes from the control room (DCS) and in the field under guidance from the Production Engineer.
• Follow all EHS regulations, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Perform field duties such as material and catalyst loading, equipment prep for LOTO, filter replacements, 5S rounds, and regular inspections.
• Learn to operate Delta V DCS with support from senior technicians.
• Assist with sampling and basic testing during production.
• Report safety issues, accidents, or unsafe behaviors immediately.
• Participate in safety programs and firefighting team duties when required.
