Summary :

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  • Oversee daily HR operations, from employee onboarding to offboarding, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Collaborate with department heads to drive employee performance initiatives, including KPI setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

  • Plan and execute HR programs such as engagement surveys, benefits administration, team-building events, and employee recognition activities.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.

  • Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends; recommend and implement enhancements to HR policies and practices.

  • Perform general office administration duties, including managing stationery supplies, document filing, and maintenance of office equipment.

  • Support employee relations efforts and help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

  • Contribute to various HR projects and assist with other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
