Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Product Operations & Procurement Executive to support the sourcing, delivery, and coordination of digital products and services. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in enterprise technology, digital platforms (e.g., cloud, SaaS, telecom), and vendor operations. You will work closely with both internal product teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient procurement and seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Procurement Coordination
    • Assist in initiating and tracking procurement requests (PRs/POs) for digital services, including platforms, bandwidth, licenses, and infrastructure.
    • Work cross-functionally with product, solution, legal, and finance teams to validate technical and commercial requirements.
    • Communicate with China-based suppliers to coordinate delivery timelines, pricing, contract documents, and billing.
  • Product Delivery Support
    • Monitor service provisioning and handover processes to operations or project teams.
    • Maintain accurate records of product specifications, contract terms, and fulfillment status in internal systems.
    • Track key milestones such as product activation, SLA commitments, and renewal dates.
  • Supplier & Contract Management
    • Maintain digital vendor databases and support supplier onboarding and qualification.
    • Support contract documentation, milestone tracking, and compliance follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate sourcing and governance policies.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Assist in preparing internal reports and analysis related to cost, delivery timelines, and product usage.
    • Ensure procurement and vendor documentation is audit-ready and organized.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following (or related) disciplines:
    Business / E-Commerce
    Information Technology / Computer Science
    Statistics / Data Science
    Supply Chain / Operations Management
    Communications / Digital Media
    Other relevant fields with an interest in enterprise technology and product operations
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Good understanding of digital product concepts (e.g., SaaS, cloud, telecom platforms) is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Language Requirements:
    Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — this role requires frequent communication with product teams and suppliers based in Mainland China
