Job summary

Kumpulan Development (S) Pte Ltd is hiring an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering friendly service, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales and logistics activities.

Training will be provided to build product knowledge and systems proficiency. Based in Singapore, this five-day workweek position offers growth opportunities within a stable FMCG company.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / ITE / Diploma
No experience required – training will be provided
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Process sales orders accurately using the company system
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery
Support the sales team with order tracking and customer follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation and records
Assist with general administrative duties related to sales operations
