Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is hiring for Retail Sales / Frontline Customer Service roles across fashion, eyewear, automotive sectors in Singapore. You will greet customers, recommend products, and support daily store operations.

Entry-level candidates are welcomed and comprehensive training will be provided. You will gain experience in merchandising, cashiering, and helping the team achieve sales targets in a supportive environment.

We are currently hiring Retail Sales / Frontline Customer Service candidates for our clients across various industries, including fashion, retail and service-related sectors.

Benefits:

• Industries: Fashion / Eyewear / Automotive frontline

• Basic range: $2200-$2400 + allowance + Incentive

• Gross salary up $3000

• 5-day work week (44 hours)

• Minimal overtime required

Job Scope:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs, preferences, and requirements.

• Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, work orders, and payment details.

• Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.

• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising/display setup.

• Handle cashiering and basic administrative duties when required.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and service objectives.
