Summary :

Key Responsibility :

  • Represent the company professionally with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and advice.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, workshops, and other parties.
  • Prepare quotations and create work orders.
  • Issue job orders to workshops and contractors.
  • Liaise with controllers and contractors on service quality and pricing.
  • Follow up on vehicle servicing or repairs and update customers.
  • Manage service schedules and vehicle collection updates with customers.
  • Investigate basic customer issues and recommend solutions within company guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

  • Entry level is welcome to apply as training provided.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM system knowledge is a plus.
  • Good communication skills; attentive, adaptable, and reliable.
  • Willing to perform OT when needed.
