Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a production professional familiar with broadcast or live streaming production processes to support the execution of our Arts & Culture Event.

The role involves coordinating on-site performances, rehearsals and multimedia elements, with weekend and after-hours expectations during periods of rehearsals and events. Applicants should be Singaporean and hold at least a Diploma in Events or Production-related fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma in events or production fields required.
• Experience with production elements for performances and multimedia is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends/weeknights during rehearsals and events.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of performance and multimedia production elements.
• Manage performing groups on the ground during rehearsals and event days.
• Coordinate performers’ music, costumes, props, floats, structures and other logistics.
• Coordinate production volunteers including recruitment, attendance tracking, deployment and briefings.
• Support multimedia content production, live feeds, webcasts, telecasts and on-ground activities.
• Develop concepts and visual presentations for production teams and stakeholders.
