Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers from warm and approved lead lists — no cold calling.
Speak with customers professionally and arrange appointments for our Sales Team.
Follow up with customers on appointments and enquiries.
Accurately record customer information, call outcomes and appointment details.
Coordinate appointment information with the Sales Team.
Provide basic administrative and operational support where required.
