Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
Schedule appointments and deliveries according to assigned time slots.
Handle incoming phone calls and text enquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Address customer questions related to dispenser issues, delivery schedules, and general service queries.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Print and file invoices in an organized and timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and coordinate the distribution of stationery.
Provide customers with product details, pricing, and delivery information; redirect enquiries to relevant departments when necessary.
Assist with any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement :
Candidates with Admin / Customer Service / Receptionist or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Entry Level is welcome to apply. Training is provided.
