A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a part-time administrative support staff to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include clerical tasks, inventory management, and communications. A Bachelor's degree is required, but no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. The job offers flexible working days and hours.

Working Location: Central
Working Days: 3 Times Per Week (Flexible Arrangement)
Working Hours: 11.00 am - 5.00 pm
3 Months Contract, Part Time
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
Monitor office inventory levels and coordinate the ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.
Prepare and manage internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in any field with relevant experience as a general administrator or similar position will be a plus
Able to work Independently with minimal supervision
No experience required as training will be provided for those without/with lesser experience
