Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (or Accounts Receivable, as assigned).
• Perform regular account and statement reconciliations.
• Input financial data accurately using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Prepare and issue cheques
• Assist with the collection and recording of receipts.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow records. Collaborate with various departments to meet reporting deadlines

Job Requirement:

• Minimum qualification: CAT / LCCI (partial) or equivalent accounting certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
