Job description

*ENTRY LEVEL* 1 year Contract Process Technician (Chemical/ Pharma MNC, 12 hours shift) #HCGT

Jobscope

1. Operate equipment, clean, assemble and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.
2. Maintain the documentation of operations in accordance with cGMP requirement.
3. Operate the equipment in accordance with SOP / batch document.
4. Perform online monitoring and check through the batch.
5. Complete all relevant documentation required for packing, maintenance and cleaning of equipment in the work area.
6. Maintain the cleanliness of work area to ensure cGMP compliance.
7. Perform all duties required to meet the schedule.
8. Check dispensed input packaging materials and product details against batch document.
9. Co-ordinate with Engineering for breakdown rectification of Packing equipment.
10. Participate in investigation of process deviation, cGMP and all other compliance related matters.
11. Ensure compliance to GxP / Safety / Quality policies.

Requirements

1. Min NITEC education or Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Chemical Processing/ Chemical Technology/ Biotechnology / Biomedical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines.
2. 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or related industries.
3. Fresh candidates are welcome to apply too as training will be provided.
4. Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.
